Retail Sales Manager

About Us:

To support our DIY Sales Director, we are looking for a committed and well-organized Junior Sales Manager (m/f/d) for the EU DIY market. This position offers an ideal entry point into international sales and is aimed at candidates who want to build their career in the DIY retail or consumer goods sector.

Your Responsibilities:

• Support the day-to-day communication and relationship management with key offline retail customers across Europe (e.g. DIY stores, garden centers, electronics chains)
• Assist in the development and execution of sales strategies tailored to physical retail channels
• Prepare sales reports, store performance analyses, and customer presentations
• Coordinate retail activities such as in-store product launches, promotional events, and seasonal campaigns
• Collaborate closely with internal departments including Marketing, Logistics, Product Management, and Customer Support
• Support the preparation of quotations, order tracking, and retail contract documentation
• Participate in customer meetings, store visits, and business trips as needed

Your Profile:

• Completed university degree in business, marketing, retail management, or a related field
• Initial work experience or internships in sales, trade marketing, or retail support are advantageous
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive and reliable work style
• Well-organized and detail-oriented with a high sense of responsibility
• Confident use of MS Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Very good command of English (spoken and written); other European languages (e.g. German, French, Spanish) are a plus
• A valid Class B driver’s license is required
