• Degree or commercial qualification with a focus on Human Resources or equivalent.
• At least five years of recruitment or staffing experience.
• Experience recruiting specialists and warehouse employees.
• Experience with ATS platforms such as Personio and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Independent and structured working style.
• Hands-on mentality.
• German C1 and English B2.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for the Ochtrup location.
• Recruit qualified professionals and leadership profiles.
• Advise hiring managers on recruitment strategies and workforce planning.
• Source candidates through Active Sourcing and creative recruiting campaigns.
• Build long-term talent pipelines.
• Guide candidates from first contact through contract signing.
• Continuously improve recruiting processes and employer branding together with the team.
