Responsibilities
- B2B sales of hardware and software solutions and services with the goal of building long‑term business relationships.
- Take responsibility for comprehensive project management.
- Negotiate orders from business development through quotation to contract signing.
- Create project‑specific standard offers or individual offers.
- Handle customer contacts, documents and orders in the ERP system.
- Coordinate and control ongoing deliveries and manage customer projects, including reporting.
Qualifications
- Vocational training as IT‑Systemkaufmann (m/w/d) or equivalent.
- Practical experience in the IT industry.
- Good product and market knowledge.
- Fundamental knowledge of sales tasks, sales strategies and marketing methods.

Fachinformatiker Systemintegration (w/m/d)
Responsibilities
- Installation and configuration of Microsoft servers and operating systems.
- Installation and configuration of Linux.
- Integration of Citrix applications (e.g., server and desktop, Netscaler).
- Setup and administration of firewalls (e.g., Sophos, Cisco).
- Script development.
- Installation and configuration of databases MySQL or MSSQL.
- IT gear administration (antrag admin).
- Create training material.
- Develop new infrastructure concepts.
- Implement innovative technologies.
- Technical customer support 2nd level support.
Qualifications
- Training as Fachinformatiker (m/w/d).
- Knowledge of Microsoft servers and operating systems.
- Knowledge in Linux and Mac.
- Basic knowledge of networking.
- Independent, structured working style.
- Ability to create documentation.
- Team orientation.
- Willingness to learn.
