The hotel is ideal for meetings and events with its newly renovated event facilities, including a grand historic ballroom. /pbr/h3About the job /h3pBased at the Mandarin Oriental Savoy, Zurich within the People Culture Department, the People Culture Coordinator - Talent Acquisition is responsible for managing recruitment activities, supporting daily People Culture operations, attending recruitment events, and driving colleague engagement initiatives. /ph3As People Culture Coordinator - Talent Acquisition, you will beresponsiblefor the following tasks: /h3ulliManage daily People Culture operations with a strong focus on recruitment and talent acquisition. /liliLead the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening and interviewing. /liliBuild and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. /liliRepresent the company at recruitment events, career fairs, and hospitality school recruitment days to attract top talent. /liliDevelop and maintain relationships with hospitality schools, universities, and industry networks. /liliDrive colleague engagement initiatives and support activities that promote a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace culture. /liliOrganize and coordinate employee events, recognition programs, and wellbeing initiatives to enhance the colleague experience. /liliEnsure an exceptional candidate and employee experience throughout the entire employment lifecycle. /liliSupport HR administration, employee relations, and various People Culture projects. /li /ulbr/h3As People Culture Coordinator - Talent Acquisition, weexpectfrom you: /h3ulliCompleted Swiss Commercial Apprenticeship (Kaufmännische Lehre EFZ) and/or a degree in Hospitality Management, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. /liliPrevious experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, Human Resources, or People Culture, ideally within luxury hospitality. /liliStrong interest in talent attraction, employer branding, and colleague engagement. /liliConfident in representing the company at hospitality schools, career fairs, and recruitment events. /liliGreat communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels. /liliStrong organizational and time management skills, with a strong attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously. /liliProactive, service-oriented, and passionate about creating exceptional candidate and colleague experiences. /liliExcellent in English and German; additional languages are an advantage. /liliProficient in Microsoft Office applications; experience with Workday is beneficial. /liliSuccessful applicants must have the right to work in Switzerland. /li /ulbr/h3Our commitment to you /h3ulliLearning Development.
