The bTechnical Services Generalist /b reports directly to the bDirector of Engineering /band the bEngineering Manager /b. /p br/ pAs bTechnical Services Generalist /b, you will be responsible for: /p ul liEnsure the maintenance and repair of the hotel's infrastructure and equipment in order to maintain impeccable functionality, safety and cleanliness. /li liParticipate in the preventive maintenance programme for the hotel's rooms and common areas (moving, furnishing, maintaining bathrooms, assisting the hotel's painters and carpenters, assisting the Technical Duty staff in their daily tasks, etc.). /li liManagement of green spaces. /li liManagement of the parking lot maintenance. /li liMaintain and repair the hotel's tools and infrastructure. /li /ul br/ pAs bTechnical Services Generalist /b, we expect from you: /p ul liMinimum of 3 years' experience in a similar position in the luxury hotel industry, /li liVocational baccalaureate or 2 years' higher education, /li liOrganisational skills, rigour, availability and discretion, /li liGood interpersonal skills, /li liBasic English required. /li /ul br/ h3Our Commitment to You /h3 ul libLearning Development /b – Your success is our success.
