Mandarin Oriental Palace, Luzern – House Attendant We are looking for a House Attendant to join our Housekeeping Department. The role focuses on maintaining high standards of cleanliness, providing exceptional guest service, and supporting the housekeeping team.
Responsibilities
Ensure a clean, comfortable, well‑maintained and welcoming environment.
Provide seamless, efficient and friendly service at all times.
Guarantee all equipment and cleaning supplies are used correctly and in accordance with local safety and security standards.
Train new starters, apprentices and trainees.
Maintain cleanliness of storage areas, floors and back‑of‑house areas.
Respond to all guest requests to ensure satisfaction.
Actively review processes and propose ideas and suggestions.
Support the laundry and guest services team during peak times.
Qualifications
Strong service orientation and independent work style.
Flexibility, including weekend and holiday shifts.
Excellent manners, well‑groomed appearance and high quality awareness.
Open‑mindedness, sense of responsibility and teamwork.
Basic knowledge of German; additional language skills are an advantage.
