About The Job Based in Mandarin Oriental, Munich, the Chef de Partie is responsible for state‑of‑the‑art culinary experiences for our guests. The Chef de Partie reports to the Chef de Cuisine. As Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for the following duties Ensure that our offerings are stylish, thoughtful, surprising and delivered with attention to detail Work well in all service shifts Learn and record skills and recipes Follow and enforce cleaning schedules and HACCP procedures Prepare relevant mise en place Support culinary management in developing new menus Assist with ordering and stockkeeping Assist other colleagues As Chef de Partie, we expect from you Gained relevant job experience in a similar environment Strong customer focus and willing to go the extra mile Bring a high level of creativity Fluent in German or English Our commitment to you Learning
