Cluster Reservation Supervisor

Responsibilities
Professionally handling and coordinating individual and group reservations using our hotel reservation system
Receiving and processing internal and external telephone inquiries
Managing VIP and repeat guest reservations while taking into account individual preferences and special requirements
Preparing and following up on quotations for individual and group bookings in accordance with applicable option and cancellation deadlines
Reviewing, processing, and maintaining incoming reservation correspondence
Working closely and communicating effectively with the Front Office and Sales & Marketing departments to ensure smooth operations
Qualifications
A completed qualification in Hospitality Management, Hotel Administration, Tourism, or a related field, along with several years of professional experience in a reservations department, ideally in a similar position
In-depth computer skills, ideally HMS, Infor and Banqueting Delphi
A friendly, courteous, confident appearance on the phone and in direct contact with the guests
A strong sales- and turnover-oriented working style as well as negotiation skills
Organization skills, excellent manners and a well-groomed appearance
Strong communication skills, both written and oral
Very good German and English skills, other foreign languages are an advantage
