The Demichef de Partie reports to the Chef de Cuisine.

- ensure that our offerings are stylish, thoughtful, surprising and delivered with attention to detail
- works well in all service shifts
- follows and enforces cleaning schedules and HACCP procedures
- prepares relevant mise en place
- assisting other colleagues
