Electrical Engineer
Responsibilities
- Support the design and delivery of HV/LV electrical systems, including utility intake, transformers, switchgear, UPS, generators, and power distribution.
- Review and coordinate electrical designs, specifications, and drawings from consultants and vendors.
- Manage interfaces between electrical, mechanical, CSA, IT, and commissioning teams.
- Support OFCI equipment integration (UPS, generators, switchgear) and vendor coordination.
- Participate in FATs, SATs, commissioning, and Integrated Systems Testing (IST).
- Manage RFIs, technical queries, and design changes during construction.
- Ensure compliance with project standards, local regulations, and client requirements.
- Support as‑built documentation, O&M manuals, and transition to operations.
Requirements
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- 3–10+ years’ experience in data centres, pharmaceutical facilities, or gigafactory / large‑scale manufacturing projects.
- Strong knowledge of HV/LV power distribution, redundancy concepts (N, N+1, 2N), UPS, generators, and earthing systems.
- Experience working with EPC contractors, consultants, and OEMs in regulated or mission‑critical environments.
- Familiarity with commissioning, validation, and operational readiness processes.
