Quality Manager

Mane are seeking a highly skilled and experienced QA Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of quality assurance for a large-scale data center construction project in Germany. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all mechanical and ventilation works meet strict quality standards in line with client, industry, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and maintain project-specific Quality Plans, Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), and QA procedures.

Coordinate and oversee all quality assurance activities across mechanical, public health, and ventilation systems.

Liaise with the client’s quality team, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure alignment with quality expectations.

Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and reviews to monitor compliance and workmanship.

Manage the Non-Conformance Report (NCR) process including close-out and root cause analysis.

Lead quality meetings and ensure documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible.

Support commissioning and handover processes by verifying all quality records and ensuring QA documentation is complete.

Promote a strong quality culture across the site team and subcontractor workforce.

Required Experience & Qualifications:

? Minimum 5 years of QA/QC experience in construction or MEP environments (data centers preferred).

? Proven experience managing QA processes on large-scale new build projects.

? Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, construction standards, and best practices.

? Mechanical or Building Services Engineering background (degree or equivalent).

? Experience in data center or mission-critical projects highly desirable.

? Excellent communication, coordination, and reporting skills.

? Fluent in English (German language skills an advantage but not essential).
