Senior Mechanical Site Manager

Mane are looking for a Senior Mechanical Site Manager who has some experience in Project Management and looking for the next step up in their career.

Responsible for leading project delivery teams to ensure safe, high-quality, and commercially successful outcomes. The role covers full project lifecycle management — from preconstruction through to handover — including client engagement, financial oversight, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate project teams (Project Managers, Engineers, Commercial & Construction staff).
• Ensure safe delivery through SHE management, audits, and compliance with CDM regulations.
• Manage design, technical submittals, and ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.
• Oversee budgets, commercial reporting, procurement strategies, and risk management.
• Maintain effective communication with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders.
• Implement change control, reporting, and SMART landings plans.
• Support work-winning activities and bid submissions when required.
• Drive team performance through leadership, feedback, and development reviews.

Requirements

Experience

Proven delivery of complex MEP/building services projects, ideally in data centres or similar sectors.

Qualifications

• C&G/NVQ Level 3, HNC/HND or Degree in Engineering Services
• SMSTS and relevant CSCS card
