We are currently recruiting 2 experienced Composite Trimmers to join an exciting project based in Austria. This is a great opportunity for skilled composite professionals with a strong background in the automotive or motorsport industry to join a high-quality project working with advanced carbon fibre and composite components. 3–5 month contract 40–50 hours per week Starting ASAP Paid every 2 weeks Based in Austria The Role
You will be responsible for the trimming and finishing of high-quality composite and carbon fibre components, ensuring all parts are completed accurately and meet the required technical and quality standards. Your duties will include: Trimming carbon fibre and composite components Cutting and drilling components accurately Sanding, grinding and finishing composite parts Preparing components for the next stage of production Removing excess material and ensuring clean, precise edges Carrying out detailed finishing work on carbon components Using hand tools and specialist composite trimming equipment Working accurately from technical drawings and specifications Checking finished components for defects and imperfections Ensuring components meet dimensional and quality requirements Maintaining a consistently high standard of workmanship Following all relevant production and Health & Safety procedures Requirements
To be considered for this position, you must have: Strong previous experience as a
Composite Trimmer Previous experience within
automotive or motorsport is essential Good knowledge of carbon fibre and composite materials Experience with trimming, cutting, drilling, sanding and finishing composite components Ability to confidently use composite trimming tools and equipment Ability to read and work from technical drawings Excellent attention to detail and a strong focus on quality Ability to work independently and as part of a production team Good communication skills in English Right to work in the EU is essential If you are an experienced Composite Trimmer with a background in
