We have the following position available (ideally for a long-term collaboration):
Student Assistant (m/w/d) at our Alumni Relations and Career Development Office (ACO)
Your Responsibilities
Social Media & Network Communication
- Support in managing our LinkedIn channel
- Creation of target-group-oriented content for our international network
- Planning and preparation of posts and campaigns
- Designing graphics and visuals (e.g., for social media, newsletters, or events)
- Supporting presentations and communication materials
- Contributing to the further development of our visual appearance
- Assisting in the preparation of events (organization, communication, materials)
- Supporting guest check-in and on-site assistance
- Helping with post-event follow-up (e.g., feedback, content documentation)
Your Profile – This Is What You Bring
- Enrolled student, ideally in Marketing, Communication, Media, Business Administration, or Design
- Interest in alumni relations and networking
- Affinity for social media and a sense for target audience communication (especially LinkedIn)
- Creativity and initial experience with tools such as Canva
- Strong organizational skills and a structured way of working
- Reliability, initiative, and teamwork skills
- Flexibility for occasional events (including outside regular working hours)
- Very good English skills (due to international alumni)

Workload
