YOUR CHALLENGE:

  1. Lead and develop the intercultural sales team to maximize efficiency, competence, and success
  2. Design and implement sales strategies that align with corporate goals regarding marketing, segmentation, products, and business strategies
  3. Take responsibility for revenue growth, forecast accuracy, customer mix, pricing strategy, and other financial KPIs
  4. Increase efficiency through process optimization: analyze, monitor, and continuously improve sales structures and methods
  5. Collaborate with other sales leaders to appoint and support team leaders
  6. Acquire and retain customers; develop sustainable measures for acquiring new clients and maintaining long-term relationships with existing ones
  7. Create accurate forecasts and performance goals to ensure measurable achievement of objectives
  8. Continuously review the performance of the sales team and implement targeted optimization measures
  9. Introduce forward-looking approaches to create sustainable competitive advantages

YOUR PROFILE:

  1. Successfully completed university degree in a business or technical field
  2. At least 10 years of sales experience, ideally in a leadership position such as Sales Manager or Product Marketing Manager
  3. Previous experience in the membrane business preferred
  4. Strong understanding of customer needs
  5. Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  6. Outstanding communication skills in German and English
