Role Summary As Director Global Transportation Management, you are responsible for defining and leading MANN+HUMMEL’s global end-to-end transportation strategy, standards, and operational execution model. You establish and implement a standardized Transportation Management framework based on a “One Template” approach, encompassing carrier and transportation service provider management, global tender management, as well as the design and future operation of a Global Transportation Management Center. Role Summary As Director Global Transportation Management, you are responsible for defining and leading MANN+HUMMEL’s global end-to-end transportation strategy, standards, and operational execution model. You establish and implement a standardized Transportation Management framework based on a “One Template” approach, encompassing carrier and transportation service provider management, global tender management, as well as the design and future operation of a Global Transportation Management Center. In this role, you ensure that transportation processes across all regions, clusters, and manufacturing sites are executed in a cost-efficient, compliant, and high-performance manner. In addition, you serve as the global functional authority and primary point of contact for Operations (OPS), regional organizations, Procurement, and the Service Center, driving alignment and best practices across the organization.
