Senior Demand & Supply Planner in Ludwigsburg

Main Tasks

• Planning Process Design & Governance: Design, develop, and implement end-to-end demand and supply planning processes, including planning standards, calendars, governance, roles and responsibilities, data requirements, and performance management routines, in collaboration with the Demand & Supply Planning Manager and key stakeholders.
• S&OP / SIOP: Establish and coordinate the S&OP/SIOP cycle, including demand review, supply review, gap analysis, scenario evaluation, consensus planning, and management reviews.
• Demand Planning: Develop and maintain demand forecasts for the assigned countries and product portfolio, incorporating historical trends, commercial inputs, market intelligence, and business assumptions. Challenge inputs and identify risks and opportunities to improve forecast quality.
• Supply Planning: Develop and maintain feasible supply plans by balancing demand, inventory targets, supply capacity, lead times, constraints, and customer requirements. Identify supply risks and develop mitigation actions to ensure product availability.
• Data Analysis & Decision Support: Analyze demand, supply, inventory, and operational data to identify risks, opportunities, trends, and root causes, providing actionable recommendations to support business decisions.
• SAP IBP / APO Implementation: Support the implementation and adoption of SAP IBP/APO by translating business planning requirements into system processes, supporting testing, data validation, user adoption, and process standardization.
• Continuous Improvement & Performance Management: Monitor planning KPIs, identify process gaps and improvement opportunities, and implement solutions to improve planning effectiveness, efficiency, inventory performance, and customer service.
