As Global Head of Digital Business Solutions you drive enterprise-wide strategy and governance for Digital Workplace and Application Management, ensuring secure, scalable tech and measurable business value. You lead a large, international team and steward multi-million budgets, aligning IT with business leadership and governance bodies. This role is a cornerstone of global digital transformation, blending strategic vision with operational accountability. You will shape modern workplace capabilities and key enterprise applications to enable sustained impact.

Verantwortungsbereiche
- Provide global disciplinary and functional leadership for ~40 colleagues across distributed teams
- Build and develop high-performing international teams (Retained Organization, Local IT, Shared Service Center in CZ and India)
- Act as a senior role model for leadership and change management
- Define and execute enterprise strategy and roadmap; interface between business leadership, IT, security, architecture, and governance bodies
- Own multi-million budget: planning, forecasting, investments, cost control; manage strategic vendors and sourcing models
- Oversee Digital Workplace strategy, standards, and lifecycle (Microsoft 365 ecosystem, Copilot, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange, Power Platform)
- Manage Endpoint & Device Management (Intune, Realmjoin, Microsoft Defender) and Digital Employee Experience
- Lead end-to-end Application Management (Enterprise Applications & Platforms): packaging, deployment, lifecycle; operations; on-premise and cloud hosting; roadmaps and decommissioning; vendor management
Zentrale Anforderungen
- 8-10 years of senior IT leadership experience in large international enterprises
- Deep understanding of Digital Workplace technologies (M365, Intune, Entra) and Application Management
- Experience leading transformation initiatives (cloud-first workplace, zero-trust security, automation, standardization)
- Ability to ensure secure, reliable, high-performing services worldwide
- KPI-driven performance management, automation, standardization, ITSM maturity
- Very good English; German is a plus
- Strong leadership presence; ability to engage senior stakeholders; translate complex environments into strategy and measurable outcomes
