Verantwortungsbereiche
- Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud rollout projects from initiation to go-live and stabilization
- Manage scope, timelines, budget, governance, risks, and dependencies
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Sales, Procurement, Finance, and IT
- Drive delivery using SAP Activate Methodology and SAP Cloud ALM (CALM)
- Facilitate workshops, steering committees, and stakeholder discussions
- Ensure alignment with the global template while supporting local requirements
- Build strong relationships across teams and regions to secure project outcomes
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
- 5–10 years in ERP and project management environments
- Successfully delivered at least two end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud rollout projects as PM
- Experience across full lifecycle of public cloud ERP rollout in manufacturing
- Hands-on experience with SAP Activate Methodology and SAP Cloud ALM (CALM)
- Strong ERP program background in SCM, Manufacturing, and Sales
- Experience leading international teams and cross-cultural stakeholders
- Structured governance and transparent communication
- Excellent English communication; German is an advantage
