Overview
In this role you drive the strategic development and global governance of Supply Chain process management and performance controlling. You’ll ensure alignment with business strategy, financial targets, and customer needs while scaling standardized processes through a One Template approach. You will lead data-driven performance management and global transformations to improve service levels, costs, and inventory. You’ll build a future-ready supply chain organization with cross-functional collaboration and continuous improvement.

Verantwortungsbereiche
- Define global strategy for Supply Chain Process Management and Controlling aligned to business objectives
- Establish enterprise-wide governance for supply chain processes (decisions, escalation, compliance, accountability)
- Develop end-to-end process architecture across Planning, Distribution, and Transportation
- Lead global One Template rollout across processes, data structures, and systems
- Ensure cross-functional integration with Procurement, Manufacturing, Sales, and Finance
- Expand and maintain global KPI framework linked to financial targets
- Implement integrated performance management system for data-driven decisions
- Develop and govern an enterprise-wide Supply Chain Control Tower with analytics and AI insights
- Define and execute a digital roadmap for Supply Chain in collaboration with IT and digital teams
- Lead transformation programs for standardization, efficiency, service excellence, and operational effectiveness
- Foster continuous improvement and best-practice sharing across the function
- Build and develop a globally structured organization and succession planning
- Promote a high-performance, collaborative leadership culture
