Key Responsibilities
- Technical Marketing – Run pre-bid technical consultations with clients / consultants, guide
requirements, and embed our core value propositions. - Bid Strategy – Analyse tender technical requirements and shape differentiated, competitive solution strategies.
- Solution Design – Work with R&D and design teams on high-level system selection and concept solution development.
- Value Packaging – Distil technical highlights and commercial value into professional, client- facing materials.
- Proposal & Clarification – Support technical proposal preparation and lead bid-clarification responses.
- Client Technical Engagement – When needed, engage the client's technical decision-makers (CTO / engineering / consultants) to align on the solution.
Experience/Qualifications
- Solid technical fundamentals in electrical (MV/LV power distribution, switchgear, transformers, UPS, PDUs) or cooling systems for buildings/critical facilities.
- Ability to win over a technical audience — confident, credible communication with CTOs, engineers and consultants.
- Strong learning ability — you can quickly get up to speed on data center standards, Client products, and evolving requirements.
- Willingness to travel (~30%) across Europe.
- Experience in data center power distribution or cooling is ideal — but you do not need to
have worked inside a datacenter. - We equally welcome people from: EPC / general contractors, engineering & design consultancies, electrical / switchgear / UPS manufacturers, or power distribution (MV/LV) / power systems more broadly; or
- Anyone with a pre-sales / technical-sales background who wants to grow into the data center
