Tasks

• Manage Requirements & Define IT Solutions
• Manage IT Projects & Deliveries
• Tasks:
• Review of all APEX codes delivered by the vendor.
• Review of all configuration delivered by the vendor.
• PoC activities related to Salesforce.
• Provide consultation and feedback on code quality to the vendor.
• Provide coaching in best practices for Salesforce administration and implementation to enhance user experience.
• Consulting the Technical Product Owner (external) on the NFR topics.
• Emphasize the use of OOTB functionality to minimize customization
• Identify project issues and risks, and present alternatives for alleviating or resolving them.
• Recommend new features and improvements to optimize and increase use of the platform.
