Job Description:
Experience required:
- Proven experience in test management and test analysis
- Experience working in Agile frameworks (Scrum) and with BDD methodology
- Background in software development or software automation fields
- Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook – experience with Jira Ray is a plus
- Basic experience with Bamboo, SonarQube, Git, and/or Kibana is beneficial
- Knowledge in financial and/or banking fields is advantageous
- Highly organized and structured
- Strong skills in organizing and leading effective meetings and workshops
- Ability to manage and keep track of multiple projects and topics at the same time
- Ability to handle peak stress over short periods; proven skills in time and priority management
- Team player; excellent communication skills, both with IT and non-IT colleagues, clients, and management
Responsibilities:
Quality Assurance:
- Create and lead quality assurance strategies for key products
- Take part in test/specification and feature modeling workshops
- Guide these workshops to align with the Quality Governance guidelines
Quality Control:
- Design test plans for multiple releases and projects/products throughout the year
- Implement (prepare, coordinate, and report on) the test plans
- Actively support the test campaigns executions and assist the testers in their journey
- Monitor the bug backlogs closely and push for their resolution
Quality Improvements:
- Challenge traditional Quality Control practices and shift towards Quality Assurance practices
- Regularly measure and share current quality metrics to ensure transparency
- Help assess the Quality maturity of Front Tech using an internal framework
- Contribute to the continuous quality improvement plan
- Lead the deployment of Quality practices and tools within the organization
- Promote and advocate for a culture of Quality among all stakeholders
