Senior Business Analyst in Düsseldorf

Manning Global, an Internationally renowned staffing and managed services organization specializing in

providing staffing solutions for leading corporations in AI, IT & Telecoms, Engineering, Digital Media,

Automotive and Renewable Energy is hiring for its own expanding team a Senior Business Analyst to join its managed services project in Germany

Responsibility:

• Collaboration: Partner with experienced business and management teams to clarify and define requirements.
  

• Data Management: Manage data preprocessing, modeling, ensuring data-driven insights, and maintaining secure data environments.
  

• Reporting: Design and maintain reporting systems, including tools like Power BI and Tableau for enhanced visualization.
  

• Document Control: Organize project documentation, update business requirements in real-time, and improve data and dashboard quality.
  

• Forecast Coordination: Lead monthly regional business forecasting sessions, coordinate outcomes, and create executive dashboards.
  

• Intercultural Communication: Facilitate communication in both Chinese and English, bridging the gap between global teams.
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, Business Analytics or related fields;
  

• Relevant experience with a focus on business analysis and data-driven decision support.
  

• Coding skills (e.g.Python, java, data)
  

• Strong understanding of ERP and BI principles, with hands-on experience in BI tool implementation.
  

• Big Data: Familiarity with big data architectures and practical application.
  

• Testing Background: Proven experience in software testing projects, ensuring data integrity.
  

• Language Requirement: Mandarin, English
