Senior React Native Developer in München

Manning Global, an Internationally renowned staffing and managed services organization specializing in providing staffing solutions for leading corporations in AI, IT & Telecoms, Engineering, Digital Media, Automotive and Renewable Energy is hiring for its own expanding team a Senior React Native Developer to join its managed services project in Germany.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop and maintain complex mobile features using React Native, React and TypeScript
  

• Implement and contribute to integration patterns between React Native, WebViews and backend APIs (BFF layer), including native device capabilities where required
  

• Contribute to and maintain mobile CI/CD topics, including build configuration, code signing and release automation
  

• Drive code quality through code reviews, testing practices and coding standards
  

• Diagnose and resolve complex cross-layer defects across React Native, WebViews and backend services
  

• Take a leading role in application builds, releases, performance and production stability
  

• Contribute React Native expertise to technical and architecture discussions, including performance and security
  

• Mentor other React Native developers and support onboarding
  

• Collaborate closely with Technical Leads, Architects, Backend/DevOps engineers,
  

Product Owners and other engineering teams

Experience/Qualifications:

• 6+ years of professional experience in mobile app development, including 4+ years of hands-on experience with React Native
  

• Experience in digital industries with complex customer journeys such as telecommunications, banking, insurance, utilities or e-commerce
  

• Strong TypeScript skills, including experience working with large and complex codebases
  

• Solid understanding of both Android and iOS platforms
  

• Experience with REST APIs, BFF integration patterns and authentication flows; OIDC/OAuth2 experience is a plus
  

• Strong experience with WebViews and hybrid mobile architectures at scale, including JavaScript-based bridging
  

• Experience with native iOS/Android integrations or modules is a plus
  

• Demonstrated experience optimizing application startup time, rendering performance, stability and responsiveness
  

• Strong experience with mobile app build, signing and release processes for iOS and Android
  

• Strong understanding of mobile application security, secure storage and authentication-related concerns
  

• Experience with mobile observability, crash analytics and performance monitoring, and using production data to identify and resolve stability or performance issues
  

• Experience with automated testing across unit, integration and end-to-end levels, as well as Git and CI/CD
  

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to work through complex and ambiguous technical problems
  

• experience mentoring developers and contributing to coding standards and engineering practices
  

• Experience with AI-assisted software development across the SDLC, for example for coding, unit test generation, refactoring, debugging or developer productivity, is a plus
  

• Experience working in agile and international development teams
  

• Proficiency in English; German is a plus
