Technical Lead in München

Manning Global, an Internationally renowned staffing and managed services organization specializing in providing staffing solutions for leading corporations in AI, IT & Telecoms, Engineering, Digital Media, Automotive and Renewable Energy is hiring for its own expanding team a Technical Lead to join its managed services project in Germany.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the creation and documentation of the concrete technical designs for the app solution based on functional requirements and architectural guardrails
  

• Define and coordinate technical solutions across React Native, WebViews, App BFF and relevant backend integrations
  

• Break down technical designs into implementable work packages and clarify dependencies between involved components and teams
  

• Drive technical refinements and ensure requirements are sufficiently understood and technically prepared for implementation
  

• Ensure non-functional requirements (e.g. performance, security, stability and observability) are technically achievable and consistently addressed across components
  

• Ensure the agreed architecture and technical designs are consistently implemented across the involved components Coordinate technical decisions and open topics with Application Architects, developers, Product Owners and dependent engineering teams
  

• Identify technical risks, dependencies and implementation constraints early and drive their resolution
  

• Support developers during implementation and ensure agreed technical solutions are applied consistently
  

• Support the analysis and resolution of complex cross-component and production issues
  

• Contribute to continuous improvement of engineering practices, technical quality and delivery efficiency
  

Experience/Qualifications:

• 6+ years of professional experience in software engineering, technical design or comparable technical roles
  

• Strong experience translating functional requirements into concrete technical designs and implementation concepts
  

• Experience in digital industries with complex customer journeys such as telecommunications, banking, insurance, utilities or e-commerce
  

• Strong understanding of modern mobile and backend application architectures
  

• Strong technical understanding across React Native, native mobile platforms, WebViews, REST APIs and Backend-for-Frontend patterns — sufficient to make and defend implementation decisions across these layers
  

• Experience working with complex integration landscapes and distributed systems
  

• Good understanding of authentication and authorization concepts such as OAuth2 and OIDC
  

• Experience coordinating technical solutions across multiple teams and technology domains
  

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure complex technical topics and make pragmatic decisions
  

• Ability to communicate technical solutions and trade-offs clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  

• Experience working in agile, cross-functional and international development environments
  

• Proficiency in English; German is a plus
