Key Responsibilities

Market and Customer Insights: Insights into market trends, technology developments, industry dynamics, and competitive landscapes to identify emerging customer needs and potential business opportunities.

Develop a deep understanding of customers' business strategies, IT transformation priorities, technology environments, and pain points.

Solution Architecture & Design: Design end-to-end solutions across Wi-Fi, Switch, Access Router, SD-WAN, Datacenter, Backbone and management platform.

Technical Workshops & Demos: Deliver compelling technical presentations, live product demonstrations, and proof-of-concepts (PoCs), to C-level executives, network architects, and IT leadership.

Solution Competitiveness-driven: Gain insight into market requirements, identify gaps in products and solutions, and drive product lines to continuously improve competitiveness.

Marketing and Partner Enablement: Plan and execute online and offline events to enhance brand influence. Empower partners, improve their independent expansion capabilities, and expand market coverage.
Experience/Qualifications:

Good knowledge in the fields of Datacom Technology (e,g, switch, router, Wi-Fi etc.).

5-10 years of technical pre-sales or post-sales working experience in the DACH area.

Ability to understand customers needs to target the desired solution.

Respect and appreciation of customer requirements.

Detailed knowledge of business models and market strategies management services.

Excellent ability to collaborate with a variety of people (product management, engineering, marketing).

Ability to show creativity and a different way of thinking.
