Your Tasks - You structure and negotiate complex media deals, optimize pricing models, and drive revenue growth with a strong commercial and results-oriented mindset. Consistently hit your individual revenue target and help deliver team objectives. - You develop media strategies and performance driven plans together with clients and internal stakeholders to achieve measurable commercial outcomes. - You take ownership of key business cases including forecasting, pricing, and steering core retail media KPIs such as CPC, CPM, CTR, ROAS, reach/frequency, and share of shelf. - You build and manage senior client relationships and confidently present proposals, performance reviews, and strategic narratives to brand managers and CMO level stakeholders. - You translate data, insights, and value propositions into clear, compelling PowerPoint stories and executive ready decks. - You drive the retail media vision across the organization, aligning closely with Marketing, Buying, and E Commerce teams. - You plan and lead innovative retail media projects with a strong “test
