Our client is a globally operating consulting and technology company specialized in digital transformation, process optimization, and IT innovation. To support its growing Talent Acquisition team we are currently seeking a Recruiting Specialist (m/f/d) - French Market to work remotely from Germany.
Aufgaben, Kompetenzen und Verantwortung
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned vacancies
- Conduct intake meetings with Hiring Managers to define hiring requirements and recruitment strategies.
- Create and publish job postings.
- Review and screen applications against role requirements.
- Conduct recruiter screening interviews.
- Coordinate and manage the interview process.
- Collect and document interview feedback.
- Guide Hiring Managers throughout the hiring process.
- Prepare and present job offers in collaboration with HR and Compensation teams.
- Ensure a smooth candidate journey from application through onboarding handover.
- Deliver a great candidate experience
Fachliche Anforderungen
- Several years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, ideally within a technology, consulting, or professional services environment.
- Experience recruiting for the French market.
- Strong expertise in conducting structured interviews and candidate assessments.
- Excellent stakeholder management and business partnering skills
- Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
- Highly organized, self-driven, and results-oriented with the ability to work independently.
- Strong communication skills combined with a high level of customer and service orientation.
