Utilities Coordinator (f / m / x)

The recruitment agency of ManpowerGroup is hiring for one of its clients, a recognized industry in Luxembourg. We are looking for a Utilities Coordinator (m / f / x) for a permanent position to start immediately.

Role :

• Oversee the general upkeep of buildings, facilities, and equipment to ensure they remain in optimal working condition.
• Carry out preventive maintenance and troubleshoot issues related to electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
• Organize and supervise facility cleaning, maintenance, and minor repair work to maintain a safe and well-kept environment.
• Coordinate with external service providers for specialized repairs, renovations, and facility upgrades.
• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety and environmental regulations.
• Keep detailed records of maintenance schedules, completed repairs, and safety inspections.

Profile :

• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Completed vocational training in facility management, electrical, plumbing, or a related technical field.
• Demonstrated experience in building maintenance, preferably within an industrial or office setting.
• Strong understanding of technical systems, including electrical, plumbing, and mechanical installations.
• Ability to work independently while effectively managing priorities.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Flexible and adaptable to changing maintenance needs and emergency situations.
