CFC Micromechanic / Automated Machine Operator 100% Geneva (m/f/d)
Your tasks Within the production workshop, your main responsibilities will be to:
Ensure production complies with quality, quantity and deadline objectives Operate and monitor CNC grinding and finishing machines (3-axis and 5-axis) Carry out machining and manufacturing operations in compliance with watchmaking standards Perform quality, dimensional and visual checks in accordance with plans and control ranges Read and interpret technical drawings (dimensional and geometric dimensioning) Ensure the computer entry of production and quality data Participate in the continuous improvement of manufacturing processes and propose optimisation solutions Ensure the proper functioning of equipment and report any technical anomalies
Your profile
Holder of a CFC in Micromechanics, a CFC in Mechanical Practitioner or training deemed equivalent Proven experience in operating 3-axis and 5-axis CNC machines Experience in grinding, finishing or machining of precision components Good mastery of reading technical drawings Knowledge of dimensional and quality control tools Comfortable with production IT tools Experience in the watchmaking sector is a real asset Rigorous, autonomous person with an excellent sense of quality
