Looking for several Polishers / Finishing Operators (M/F) - Geneva As part of supporting several watchmaking manufacturers based in Geneva, we are looking for several polishers / manual finishing operators to strengthen the production teams.
Polisher
Tasks:
Carry out manual finishing operations on bracelet components and watch parts made of precious metals Perform polishing, grinding, satin finishing and brightening work according to the required quality standards Ensure production monitoring and respect manufacturing rates Control the dimensional and aesthetic quality of the produced parts Strictly apply manufacturing instructions and procedures Actively participate in the continuous improvement of quality and productivity
Profile:
Training in polishing, manual finishing or equivalent VET diploma Proven experience of at least 3 to 4 years in manual finishing Experience in an industrial environment, ideally in watchmaking or jewellery Good command of production tools and basic IT skills 2-shift and 3-shift systems
