We are looking for a Global CMO Clinical Packaging Site Manager (m/f/d) in Kaiseraugst
Key Responsibilities Manage outsourced clinical drug labeling, packaging, and device assembly activities across a global CMO network.
Lead CMO onboarding, project execution, timeline management, and supplier performance monitoring.
Drive RFPs, SOWs, vendor selection, and contract negotiations in collaboration with Procurement.
Own project budgets, cost tracking, purchase orders, and invoice approvals.
Manage operational orders and master data in SAP/ERP systems.
Build strong supplier relationships and ensure reliable capacity, quality, and delivery performance.
Represent the CMO function in cross-functional planning and supply chain governance processes.
Identify and implement process improvements and support strategic supply chain initiatives.
Must-Have Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field (Master's preferred). 8+ years of experience in pharmaceutical supply chain, manufacturing, or contract manufacturing management.
Strong background in clinical supply chain, clinical manufacturing, or CMO management.
Solid GMP knowledge and experience.
Hands-on SAP or ERP system expertise.
Excellent English communication skills; German is an advantage.
Proven project management and stakeholder management experience in a global environment.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
Nice to Have APICS, SCOR, or similar supply chain certifications.
PMP, Lean, Six Sigma, or Operational Excellence training
