The role requires strong coordination skills across inventory, delivery documentation, transportation, SAP processing and commercial accuracy. The person must be fully available to work balso from North Milan /b, depending on operational needs. Physical picking, loading and movement of goods will be performed by warehouse operators. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul lipbCustomer Order Planning /b – Review customer orders and plan dispatches based on stock availability, customer requirements and agreed delivery schedules. /p /li lipbInventory Coordination /b – Monitor stock availability in SAP and coordinate with warehouse operators to ensure correct material allocation and preparation. /p /li lipbDelivery Documentation /b – Prepare delivery notes/challans, DDTs and all required dispatch and transportation documents. /p /li lipbTransporter Management /b – Arrange transportation, coordinate pickup/delivery schedules and maintain strong relationships with transporters. /p /li lipbFreight Negotiation Control /b – Obtain and negotiate freight quotations, select transport options and monitor transportation costs. /p /li lipbSAP Processing /b – Manage SAP activities related to deliveries, dispatches, goods movements and invoicing. /p /li lipbCustomer Invoicing /b – Prepare accurate customer invoices in SAP, ensuring correct prices, quantities, VAT and commercial conditions. /p /li lipbDispatch Coordination /b – Coordinate with Customer Service/Sales, warehouse operators and transporters to ensure timely and correct dispatches. /p /li lipbCommercial Inventory Controls /b – Monitor pending orders, undelivered quantities, discrepancies, documentation and invoicing status; resolve exceptions promptly. /p /li lipbReporting Coordination /b – Maintain dispatch, freight and inventory reports; coordinate with Sales, Finance, Customer Service and Management. /p /li /ul h3Candidate Profile /h3 ul liExperience in commercial operations, order management, dispatch, logistics coordination, inventory control or accounting-related warehouse operations. /li liStrong working knowledge of SAP (sales, delivery, inventory and invoicing processes). /li liSolid understanding of customer invoicing, VAT, delivery documentation and commercial transactions. /li liExperience negotiating with transporters/logistics companies. /li liGood understanding of inventory and order-to-invoice processes. /li liGood working knowledge of English. /li liItalian language highly desirable. /li liStrong Excel and general computer skills. /li liHigh accuracy and attention to commercial documentation. /li liAbility to independently coordinate multiple customer orders and priorities. /li libAvailability to work also from North Milan when required. /b /li /ul #J-18808-Ljbffr
