The successful candidate will oversee the full spectrum of HR administration, ensure compliance with Swiss employment legislation, and act as a trusted partner to management while helping shape a structured and scalable HR function. The successful candidate will oversee the full spectrum of HR administration, ensure compliance with Swiss employment legislation, and act as a trusted partner to management while helping shape a structured and scalable HR function. Key Responsibilities Manage the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding. Draft, review and administer employment contracts and all HR-related documentation in compliance with Swiss employment legislation. Ensure accurate management of personnel administration, employee records and HR documentation. Act as the internal reference point for Swiss employment law, HR compliance and employee administration. Coordinate HR administrative activities with payroll providers, external partners and local authorities. Manage work permits, social insurance administration, employee certificates, absences and other employment-related matters. Develop, implement and continuously improve HR policies, procedures and operational workflows to support business growth. Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes and establish best practices across the organization. Support recruitment activities, onboarding and offboarding processes. Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate employee data. Work closely with international management, providing HR guidance and communicating confidently in English. Your Profile Minimum 5 years of experience in an HR Generalist, HR Operations or HR Administration role within Switzerland. Strong knowledge of Swiss employment law and HR administration. Proven experience managing employment contracts and the complete employee lifecycle. Solid understanding of Swiss social security and employment regulations. Demonstrated experience designing, implementing and improving HR processes and procedures. Fluent English and Italian, both written and spoken. HR Assistant Certificate and/or HR Specialist certification is considered a strong asset. Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset. Able to work independently, prioritize effectively and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
