As part of strengthening our client's teams, a recognized player in the precision industry, we are looking for a CNC Grinding Programmer-Setter.Permanent positionDay shift positionYou will be in charge of setting up and monitoring production on CNC grinding machines, while actively contributing to the continuous improvement of processes.Missions- Program CNC grinding machines and create programs using Alphacam software.- Perform settings, setups, and adjustments of equipment.- Ensure production monitoring by guaranteeing compliance with quality, cost, and deadline requirements.- Produce parts in small series with a high level of precision.- Identify and implement continuous improvement actions to optimize process performance.- Collaborate closely with the Technical Office and Methods departments for the development and industrialization of products.- Participate in solving technical problems and propose solutions.Profile- Precision mechanic, polymechanic, micromechanic, or equivalent training.- Confirmed experience in programming and setting CNC machines.- Mastery of CNC machines and/or mastery of Alphacam software.- Experience in the production of high-precision parts in small series.- Sense of organization and ability to work in a team.- Proactive approach in a continuous improvement process.Does this profile match?
