Responsibilities
- designing and building data platforms to load, model, and store data
- working with agile development or DevOps mindsets
- understanding data platforms and source systems
- knowledge of Istekki’s clients’ data warehouses and source systems is a plus
- supporting data‑driven decision making, operational monitoring, and forecasting by providing centralized, up-to-date information about the organization’s operations, finances, customers, and environment
Requirements / Skills
- The candidate should be able to integrate data into a data warehouse, design and model data warehouses, and document processes
- strong SQL skills
- experience in at least some of the following: Azure Data Warehouse, Azure Data Factory, DataVault 2.0, Microsoft Fabric, Data Warehouse Automation (ADE), Python
The position offers remote work with offices in Kuopio, Tampere, Jyväskylä, Oulu, and Espoo. Salary range is 3300–4400 €/month, with exact pay determined by experience. Employment terms are governed by KT’s public-sector collective agreement.
