Manpower, as part of a temporary assignment, is looking for a watch manufacture based in the Neuchâtel mountains for a:Systems ManagerResponsibilities- Guarantee the consistency and reliability of master data in the systems (CAD, PLM, ERP)- Provide support to internal staff regarding technical data, and management- Act as the link between business lines and the IT department to ensure alignment between tools and processes- Participate in the evolution of systems and propose improvements- Identify gaps, malfunctions, and non-conformities, and implement corrective actions- Write and keep procedures and management rules up to date- Contribute to or lead projects related to systems and business linesProfile- Higher education in industrial management, logistics, or production (Bachelor or Master or equivalent)- Confirmed experience in an industrial environment (methods, logistics, or quality)- Experience in the watchmaking sector is an asset- Very good command of office tools, particularly Excel (Power BI is a plus)- Good knowledge of ERP systems is an advantage- Understanding of industrial processes (watchmaking appreciated)- Ability to analyze and structure flows and processes- Experience in project management- Ability to translate business needs into system solutionsPersonal Skills- Analytical mind and global vision of processes- Ease and ability to collaborate with various stakeholders- Proactivity and sense of serviceWe look forward to receiving your application.
