We are looking for a renowned Watchmaking House in Geneva for a Micromechanic CFC / CNC operator to strengthen its production teams.Within the production department, your main responsibilities will be:- Guarantee production in compliance with quality, quantity, and deadline requirements.- Operate CNC machines for machining and finishing (3-axis and 5-axis).- Perform quality controls in accordance with defined control ranges and plans.- Enter data related to production and quality monitoring.- Read and interpret technical plans (dimensional and geometric tolerances).- Actively participate in the continuous improvement of processes by proposing areas for optimization.- Ensure the proper functioning of equipment and report any malfunctions.Profile:- Holder of a CFC in Micromechanics, a CFC in mechanics, or an equivalent qualification.- Experience in operating 3-axis and 5-axis CNC machines.- Experience in machining and/or finishing watch components.- Proficiency in reading technical plans.- Comfortable with computer tools.- Experience in the watchmaking sector is a real asset.Do you wish to evolve in a demanding environment where precision and quality are at the heart of the profession?
