Lead end-to-end programme management, from setup to delivery and closure Oversee financial management, budgeting, and performance tracking of programme funds - define and implement systems for governance, reporting, and accountability Coordinate with internal teams, partners, and technical providers Manage procurement, sourcing, and contract processes Monitor programme performance, risks, and impact Your Profile
Advanced degree in economics, finance, public health, development, or related field Strong experience in programme/project management and financial oversight Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives Experience in development finance or health financing is essential Excellent analytical, coordination, and communication skills Strong Excel and data analysis capabilities Applicants must have a Swiss work permit or Swiss/EU passport
