Your tasks as a personnel dispatcher in the financial sector:

• Create job advertisements
• Conduct interviews
• Actively approach candidates via digital channels
• Develop candidate profiles
• Guide candidates through the entire recruiting process

Employee support:

• Draft contracts, certificates, personnel files, and other documents
• Conduct feedback discussions with employees
• Handle leave requests and sick notes
• Conduct warning and termination meetings
• Prepare payroll
• Distribute employees to client assignments

Customer management:

• Acquire new clients
• Maintain existing client relationships
• Conduct workplace visits (field service)

Prerequisites for this job in Stuttgart:

• Qualification: Completed vocational training or degree
• Experience: Background in personnel services
• Charisma: Persuasive and confident demeanor, strong communication and negotiation skills
• Service orientation: High customer focus and service-mindedness
• Language skills: Very good German and English skills, as communication with clients and candidates occurs in both languages
• Mobility: Driving license for field service
