Join our team as a Talent Acquisition Partner and support an international FMCG environment through strategic and end‑to‑end recruitment delivery.
What you’ll do
As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle across a diverse portfolio of corporate and business functions while acting as a trusted advisor to hiring stakeholders.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing end‑to‑end recruitment processes across multiple corporate functions and seniority levels
- Partnering closely with hiring managers to understand business needs and define effective hiring strategies
- Building and maintaining strong talent pipelines in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment
- Delivering a high‑quality candidate and stakeholder experience throughout the recruitment journey
- Providing market insights and consultative recommendations to support hiring decisions
- Ensuring efficient process management and consistent recruitment delivery
- Collaborating with internal teams and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives
What we’re looking for
- Minimum 4 years of experience in end‑to‑end recruitment
- Previous experience within RPO and/or FMCG environments is highly preferred
- Proven track record hiring across white‑collar and corporate functions
- Experience recruiting across different seniority levels — from internship positions to Associate Director level
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Native‑level German and strong English communication skills
- Availability to work on‑site in Köln two days per week
