Your mission
- Lead and manage the successful execution of the Rennsport Season and Rennsport Academy programs.
- Rennsport Season running in the Porsche Sports Cup Suisse (incl. Pre-Season Test and Car Control event).
- Rennsport Academy as part of the Porsche Track Experience Track Tour, changing location each season.
- Attract new clients (drivers), particularly high-net-value individuals (HNVI), maintaining excellent relationships and ensuring high client satisfaction.
- Lead a team of engineers, technicians, and event staff, ensuring smooth collaboration and execution.
- Plan and oversee the logistics and operations for Rennsport formats within the Porsche Track Experience in coordination with the championship organizers and all other involved parties.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring timely communication, sometimes beyond regular business hours due to international clientele.
- Work closely with the marketing team to explore new promotion channels, create event content, and manage social media coverage.
- Draft, manage, and operate within budgets in collaboration with the project controller, ensuring cost efficiency and achieving financial targets.
- Identify and evaluate new opportunities for the expansion of the Porsche Track Experience Rennsport formats in additional racing events or markets.
- Maintain regular communication with championship organizers and other key stakeholders to ensure alignment, including German ASN (DMSB).
- Attend Track Tour events in order to identify cross-selling avenues , especially within but not limited to the other race car based driving formats of the Porsche Track Experience.
- Constant contact with other team leads within the project to increase efficiency and to maximize capacities.
- Act as first point of contact for all race team contacts, to ensure best-practice consulting for any events involving race cars within the Porsche Track Experience.
- Monthly travel , primarily within Europe, to attend and oversee Porsche Racing Experience events.
Your profile
- Strong background in motorsport or the automotive industry .
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage cross-functional staff (engineers, technicians, event managers).
- Exceptional communication skills , particularly with high-profile clients and external stakeholders.
- Experience with budget management and delivering results within financial targets.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to coordinate multiple aspects of event planning and execution.
- Familiarity with marketing and social media strategies for promoting events.
- Fluency in English (spoken and written), German proficiency is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel monthly across Europe.
