For Diamond Aircraft we are looking for a dedicated and long-term Production Test Pilot / Ground Inspector (f/m/x) who is willing to comply to the Company's philosophy: Aufgaben
Execution of the Production Test Flight Program (Cat.3) to current produced aircraft (DA40, DA 42, DA62, DA50) and future aircraft as for instance the DART aerobatic trainer. The second part of the area of responsibility will be as a Ground Inspector to the Inspection Group to check the aircraft in detail by its drawings for conformity during aircraft assembly. He/she/X should have an in-depth system and design knowledge and be able to communicate objections to the Flight- and Production Line personal as well as making recommendations to design / manufacturing and quality Improvements. All responsibilities will be trained extensively on the job before going “solo”. Qualifikation
Completed HTL/FH in mechanical/electrical/aviation engineering (or equivalent) or an EASA Part-66 B1 AML. Minimum of an EASA CPL and IR on SEP and MEP. Minimum of 800 hours total time, at least 400h as PIC preferred. Aerobatic rating preferred. Excellent communication skills in German and English as well as interpersonal skills Safety and Quality driven Mindset (Just Culture). Proficiency with Microsoft Office Benefits
