Position Luxury Skin Expert / Esthéticien(ne) Haut de Gamme (CDI) – Monaco
Key Responsibilities
Perform facial treatments following the exclusive MARGY'S Monte Carlo protocols.
Conduct in-depth skin consultations and develop tailored skincare recommendations.
Guide clients through a fully personalized skincare journey.
Recommend products best suited to each client's individual skin needs.
Deliver service in line with the Maison's luxury standards.
Contribute to the institute's commercial performance while building long-term client relationships.
Qualifications
Diploma in Beauty Therapy, Aesthetics, or an equivalent qualification.
Proven experience in a luxury spa, high-end beauty institute, or five-star hotel.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Strong consultation and retail abilities.
Passion for skin health and delivering exceptional client experiences.
Professional presentation and demeanor consistent with the standards of a luxury Maison, with the ability to confidently engage with a discerning international clientele.
Languages
Fluency in French and English is essential to support our international clientele.
Proficiency in Russian is an asset due to the international profile of our clientele.
Additional languages, including Italian, Arabic, or Mandarin, are also considered an advantage.
