Our client Single Use Support provides innovative fluid management products and services around single-use technologies for the pharmaceutical industry. Their solutions reduce product loss of liquid substances for the biopharmaceutical market towards 0 %.

Are you ready to take on a leadership role where you can drive meaningful change and shape the future of a growing global organization? As Head of HR, you will be at the forefront of the ambitious growth journey, serving as a strategic partner to the CEO and leadership team. This is an opportunity to shape and lead a talented HR team, implement transformative initiatives, and contribute directly to the success of a thriving, private equity-backed company with a strong financial foundation. This position reports directly to the CEO and is a voting member of the C-Level team, offering a unique opportunity to influence and drive strategic decisions at the highest level of the organization.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement HR strategies to support the company’s growth objectives and international expansion
  2. Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO and leadership team, fostering collaboration and trust
  3. Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse HR team, ensuring high performance and alignment with organizational goals
  4. Design and execute leadership development programs to strengthen internal leadership capabilities and prepare future leaders
  5. Oversee the entire employee life cycle efforts, with a focus on reducing attrition and enhancing employee retention
  6. Implement effective diversity, inclusion, and equity (DIE) initiatives to promote an inclusive workplace
  7. Drive the implementation of modern HR tools and systems for operational efficiency and data-driven decision-making
  8. Ensure compliance with local and international labor laws, particularly in the DACH region and the US
  9. Lead change management and organizational development efforts to support business transformation
  10. Establish and track key HR metrics, including retention, attrition, and employee engagement

Qualifications:

  1. Significant HR experience in international environments, with knowledge of operations in the US and APAC preferred
  2. Proven ability to develop and lead high-performing teams
  3. Expertise in implementing HR tools and systems to streamline processes
  4. Proven experience navigating various employment laws, with a deep understanding of DACH region regulations (Austria preferred) and preferably the US
  5. Demonstrated success in talent acquisition, retention, and employee engagement initiatives
  6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build trust at all levels
  7. Experience in private equity-backed organizations or high-growth companies is a plus
  8. Industry knowledge is desirable but not mandatory

The base salary starts at €100,000 gross per year, with the actual compensation determined based on your professional experience and overall qualifications for the position.
