Key responsibilities:

• Foster team growth through mentoring, skill development, and creating a collaborative environment while delegating tasks effectively and providing constructive feedback to optimize team performance and content quality.

• Create compelling, targeted copy for various platforms, including advertisements, blogs, newsletters, landing pages, and social media, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and goals.

• Develop and implement content marketing strategies that drive engagement and conversions while maintaining a consistent and distinctive brand voice.

• Independently edit and proofread content to meet the highest quality standards, ensuring brand compliance and audience relevance.

• Drive SEO and SEM strategies to improve organic traffic and ROI, managing both on-page and off-page optimization.

• Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns, including email, social media, and digital advertising, ensuring all elements are aligned and on track.

• Create and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely delivery and efficient resource allocation.

• Monitor KPIs, analyze campaign performance, and use insights to refine strategies and optimize content effectiveness.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and sales, to align efforts and achieve business goals.

• Proactively identify opportunities for innovation and propose creative solutions to enhance the app’s features and user experience.

• Demonstrate strong self-management skills by taking ownership of projects from conception to completion while maintaining high-quality standards.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience in leading and mentoring content teams, with proven ability to manage workload distribution, provide constructive feedback, and foster professional development.

• Native-level English proficiency (C2) with 5–7 years of experience crafting high-impact copy across diverse formats, particularly in direct response marketing.

• Proven ability to manage and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email, and digital platforms.

• Proficiency with marketing tools like HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot, as well as project management platforms (Asana, Trello).

• Deep understanding of search engine optimization and pay-per-click advertising techniques to enhance visibility and performance.

• Strong organizational skills with experience managing budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field; advanced digital marketing or content strategy certifications are advantageous.

• Highly creative, detail-oriented, and collaborative, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
