Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and algorithms
- Work with large datasets to train, validate, and optimize models
- Build and maintain ML pipelines and production systems
- Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product teams
- Perform feature engineering and model evaluation
- Monitor model performance and improve accuracy over time
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in machine learning or AI-related roles
- Strong programming skills in Python (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn)
- Experience with data processing tools (Pandas, NumPy)
- Familiarity with MLOps, Docker, Kubernetes is a plus
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Fluent in English; German language skills are preferred
