Desktop Support Engineer (German Speaking)

Magdeburg, Germany – On-Site

Our client is currently hiring a Desktop Support Engineer who is fluent in German. You will provide onsite support to authorized users and resolve incidents and problems associated with EUC equipment.

Requirements:

  • MUST be fluent in German – C-level minimum
  • 1-3 years’ experience within IT Support, Windows, Troubleshooting
  • Can work independently on-site
  • Able to speak with customers in German
  • Experience with ServiceNow ticketing system

This is a full-time position working on site 5 days per week.
