About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced, commercially minded legal professional to join the legal department. Reporting directly to the General Counsel, this is a broad, international role with scope to shape the legal focus around your expertise, ideally covering corporate, commercial, regulatory, and compliance matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide proactive, solution-oriented legal advice on a wide range of commercial and corporate matters, including supply, distribution, licensing, and service agreements.

• Advise on regulatory frameworks and international standards relevant to the company’s diverse markets.

• Identify, assess, and manage legal risks while ensuring compliance with local, regional, and international regulations.

• Support innovation-driven projects involving digital platforms, new technologies, and product development.

• Oversee corporate initiatives such as M&A, joint ventures, corporate governance, and restructuring.

• Act as a trusted partner to senior leadership, contributing to legal strategy and business decisions.

• Fully qualified lawyer with above-average state exams.

• 5+ years’ post-qualification experience.
